By accessing or using the Passivify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use our services.
Passivify provides quantitative due diligence scores, margin models, and tariff estimates based on user-provided inputs and public customs tariff databases. These scores are predictive heuristics and financial models that do not guarantee commercial success. You are solely responsible for your sourcing, supply chain, and business decisions.
Subscriptions (Passivify Pro at $9/month) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal in Account Settings. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain full Pro access until your current billing period ends. One-time Credit Packs ($5 for 10 checks) never expire and are non-refundable.
You may export your complete check history at any time or permanently delete your account directly through Account Settings. Deleting an account immediately terminates active Stripe subscriptions and erases personal data.
